In spring of 2024, the founders launched SpringHouse with the idea of creating a professional home for school-based specialists and supporting school districts in the Pacific Northwest.
We chose the name SpringHouse for the image of a dwelling that protects the source of clean water. Water represents the life-force of our profession, of our families, and of our community. We see SpringHouse as the shelter that protects that treasure and allows the water to flow clean and strong, for a long, long time.

Beginning with recruitment, we engage with speech-language pathologists and school psychologists to find out what they need in a job. Happy, healthy, interested clinicians will stay in our field long-term, and we know that is best for kids and families. We seek out contracts with supportive school districts. Our hope is for a community of specialists who can work together at SpringHouse long-term. For that reason we also give our specialists investment in the future of SpringHouse in the form of employee profit-sharing. Our unique and personalized model of support is evident to our school-based clinicians and to our partner districts!
